The PNW chapter offers a variety of opportunities to meet with other indexers to explore the field of indexing, learn new skills, network, and socialize.
Chapter meetings are educational events held once per year and feature guest speakers and panels on indexing-related topics. Please see the Next Meeting page for additional information.
When in-person meetings return, remember that the Sherry Smith Award is designed to help a new indexer with expenses in exchange for service (a great way to get to know other indexers!).
Informal and peer review meetings are currently not being held. If you are interested in meeting informally with indexers in your community, please post about your interest on the INDEX-PNW listserv so that like-minded members can join you, either in-person if possible or virtually.
