New policy for announcements

From now on, announcements will be sent to members via the low-traffic PNW listserv. New members will be added to the listserv automatically. If a member chooses to remove themselves from the listserv, it will be their responsibility to check the PNW website’s Chapter News page to stay up to date. Information about the PNW listserv can be found on the PNW Mailing List page of our website.

The PNW Board hopes that this change will make the process of planning events more efficient for the volunteers by eliminating the need to send out notices in multiple ways.
